Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia, family members, staff, and visitors
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Commitment to Touchmark's core values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
- Experience in housekeeping preferred but not required
- Must be able to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in housekeeping within a resort or retirement community preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Demonstrated patience and tact when interacting with residents, including those with Alzheimer’s or dementia
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required

Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of resident homes and community common areas
- Maintain cleanliness standards consistent with health and safety regulations
- Build and sustain positive relationships with residents by demonstrating empathy and respect
- Handle housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate staff
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and resident satisfaction
- Manage supplies and equipment responsibly to support housekeeping duties
