Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Ability to work full-time including weekdays and weekends
- Ability to stand, walk, push, reach, stretch, and bend during shifts
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Positive attitude and dedication to customer service
- Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Must be available for flexible scheduling

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide exceptional guest experiences with friendly and courteous service and a service plus one attitude
- Help in laundry and cleaning public spaces as needed
