Job Requirements
- Knowledge equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- no previous cleaning experience required
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- ability to work independently
- physical capacity to walk and stand for entire shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain clean rooms according to standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- ensure exceptional guest experiences by offering friendly, courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- assist with laundry and public area cleaning as needed
