Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, including 1st and 2nd shifts, weekends, holidays, and both weekend days
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high cleanliness standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
- Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- Fill the housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies and transport it to rooms, returning it to the designated area at the end of the shift
- Follow all company policies and procedures, reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
