Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or related experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- basic computer proficiency
- knowledge of sanitation and food safety
- good organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and bending

- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- communicate effectively in English with employees and residents
- general knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- ability to retain up to four orders at one time
- strong organization and time management skills
- basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for both the community and resident apartments
- clean and defrost refrigerators as needed
- change bed linens and ensure adequate linen supplies
- empty waste baskets
- perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on entry areas, carpets, plants, windows, and light fixtures
- launder linens by washing and drying
- follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- greet residents and guests with a smile when serving beverages and meals
- take resident meal orders and serve food and desserts
- return cart to kitchen and assist with storage of perishable items
- deliver trays to resident rooms as needed
- bus and clear dishes after meals and reset tables following sanitizing procedures
- vacuum carpets in dining and common areas
- complete side work including filling sugar holders and cleaning coffeemakers
- perform other duties as assigned
