Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of related housekeeping experience
- ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- availability to work full-time and split time between two locations
- physical capability to perform cleaning duties including bending, lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- minimum of one year of related housekeeping or cleaning experience
- ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- ability to engage respectfully with individuals with disabilities
- previous experience in multi-unit residential cleaning preferred
- capable of working independently and managing time efficiently
Job Duties
- clean and maintain common interior areas of the buildings
- clean and maintain exterior grounds including parking lots, sidewalks and entry areas
- perform cleaning duties related to unit turnovers within the required timeframe of 3-5 days
- interact effectively and appropriately with residents, guests, employees and visitors
- work independently with minimal supervision
- ensure all cleaning tasks meet safety and quality standards
- manage workload efficiently between two building locations
