Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shifts
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend regularly
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during a shift
- Availability to work weekends
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to assist in identifying maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested
- Assist in laundry or cleaning public spaces when needed
- Provide courteous, friendly service with a Service +1 attitude
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
