Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred
- strong attention to detail and thoroughness
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills
- physical stamina to handle demanding tasks
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies beneficial
Job Duties
- Clean resident and facility areas including bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- restock supplies such as paper products and soap regularly
- engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff to foster a welcoming environment
- adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues and wear and tear promptly
- maintain cleaning equipment and materials properly
- support team members and assist with additional tasks as needed
