Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- At least 2 years of high school education
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- Physical capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during work
- Ability to lift 25-35 pounds intermittently during work
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays if required
- Willingness to follow safety and occupational health guidelines

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and coworkers
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide exceptional guest experience through friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Help with laundry and clean public spaces as needed
