Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent (completion of 2 years of high school)
- No prior cleaning experience required
- Ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
- Capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during work activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday
- Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays as needed
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Positive and proactive attitude

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team members
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Promote a positive work environment for team members and guests at all times
