Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily activities
- ability to lift 25 - 35 pounds intermittently
- availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- provide excellent customer service
- maintain positive and cooperative relationships with all hotel departments

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- perform various hotel cleaning duties to keep guest rooms clean according to standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- deliver exceptional guest experiences with friendly and courteous service using a Service +1 attitude
