Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to maintain a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to follow established housekeeping and safety guidelines
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage fast-paced tasks
  • Strong listening and conflict resolution skills
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Desire to provide excellent guest service
  • Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable punctuality and adherence to clock-in/out policies

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
  • Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills
  • Desire to serve guests and provide excellent hospitality
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to arrive and clock in on time and comply with scheduled breaks and call-out procedures

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use the guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
  • Work together with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
  • Support all groups and events at the hotel
  • Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
  • Keep all areas, both front and back of house, clean and well-organized
  • Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces to maintain cleanliness
  • Greet every guest happily with a smile while cleaning
  • Complete all operational checklists accurately and on schedule every shift
  • Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
  • Wear a clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed, wearing a nametag and smiling at all times
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to stretch beyond traditional roles
  • Collaborate with all levels of staff to create a welcoming and effective workplace
  • Perform pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and tools
  • Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms each shift
  • Undertake additional cleaning projects as assigned by supervisor
  • Follow all job-related instructions and perform other related duties as requested
