Job Requirements
- Temporary employment position for 28 weeks
- Willingness to work long hours daily
- Able to pass federal pre-employment drug testing
- Physical ability to meet moderate demands such as lifting, bending, climbing

Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Commitment to company grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test including for marijuana and other controlled substances
- Willingness to abstain from alcohol consumption during employment
- Ability to perform emergency and safety functions essential to ship operation
- Demonstrated dedication to hospitality and guest service excellence
Job Duties
- Responsible for creating and maintaining an environment that is clean, safe, and attractive for guests
- Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas around the ship
- Acknowledge guests by name and kindly take action for all housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests according to company service standards
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
- Carefully clean up spills with appropriate equipment and notify managers of necessary maintenance requests
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Properly clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Create genuine relationships with guests and cater to all housekeeping requests efficiently
- Perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation and helping during special events including afternoon tea, snacks, and evening cocktail parties
