Job Duties
- clean and maintain residents' homes and community common areas to high standards
- follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment
- build positive relationships with residents through respectful and compassionate interactions
- work collaboratively with team members to support community values
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues
- adhere to scheduled work hours and be flexible to cover additional shifts as needed
- communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
