Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to arrive and clock in on time and not work off the clock
  • Ability to clock in and out for breaks at designated times
  • Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
  • Must be able to follow instructions and perform all job-related duties as assigned
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
  • Must maintain a positive and hospitable demeanor while working

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise preferred
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn
  • Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
  • Work together to contribute to excellent guest satisfaction scores
  • Address challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
  • Support hotel events and groups
  • Answer phone calls with friendly service using approved greetings
  • Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
  • Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
  • Always greet guests while cleaning rooms
  • Complete operational checklists with 100% accuracy
  • Ensure timely and accurate shift handover reports
  • Maintain a clean and flawless uniform appearance
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude by stretching beyond traditional role duties
  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment
  • Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending meetings
  • Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms
  • Perform additional cleaning projects in public spaces and back-of-house areas as assigned
