Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend regularly
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during work shift
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to work weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team members
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to company standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with friendly and courteous service using a Service +1 attitude
- Support a positive work environment for diverse team members and guests
