Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry throughout a full shift
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to use housekeeping equipment safely
- Willingness to complete required training and safety certifications upon hire
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols
- Positive attitude and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and complete required training and certifications
Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments and common areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces to ensure a healthy, pleasant environment
- Manage laundry services - wash, dry, and fold linens and personal clothing with care
- Restock housekeeping supplies and keep storage areas neat and organized
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment to reduce health risks and improve quality of life
- Collaborate with care staff and other departments to meet resident needs
- Assist during special events, seasonal deep cleans, or when a teammate needs a hand
