Job Requirements

  • high school degree
  • previous experience in a similar housekeeping role
  • must be able to move and lift items up to 25 lbs
  • basic understanding and use of computer applications required including MS Outlook and Calendar
  • experience providing high level customer service
  • proven ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
  • working quickly without compromising quality
  • prioritization and time management skills
  • excellent customer service and follow-up skills
  • must be willing to communicate with employees at all levels
  • positive upbeat attitude
  • must have a team mentality and be willing to go the extra mile

Job Duties

  • maintain cleanliness of general offices, workspaces, conference rooms and kitchens
  • high volume set up and break down of office and conference room meetings
  • weekly deep cleaning of fixtures and replace any supplies as needed
  • maintain all equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
  • ensure all pantries are stocked
  • respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills or broken items
  • create and implement detailed cleaning protocols for conference rooms and pantries
  • maintain inventory of food and supplies on weekly basis
  • available for occasional OT work in support of office events
