Job Requirements

  • must be able to work at least one weekend day per week
  • must be able to work 8am-4pm shifts sunday through thursday
  • prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to communicate in English
  • must be reliable and punctual
  • ability to handle demanding customer situations
  • ability to maintain professionalism at all times
  • must respect elderly residents
  • ability to maintain a positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • pleasant and courteous demeanor
  • thorough and swift cleaning skills
  • experience in restaurant, healthcare, hospital, hotel, or hospitality industry preferred
  • experience working with senior population preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • effective communication skills in English
  • ability to adapt to different personality types and situations positively
  • reliability and caring nature
  • respect for elderly and ability to remain calm

Job Duties

  • clean and maintain resident apartments according to housekeeping standards
  • clean restrooms, common areas, offices, and surrounding areas
  • ensure all areas are safe and comfortable for residents
  • interact politely and professionally with residents, families, guests, and team members
  • follow guidelines set by the Director of Housekeeping
  • support the Director of Housekeeping as needed
  • maintain a friendly and positive attitude at all times
