- ability to perform physical tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping
- strong interpersonal skills
- willingness to engage with residents
- availability to work part-time hours
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

- housekeeping or janitorial experience or willingness to learn
- cleanliness and organization come naturally
Job Duties
- provide housekeeping services to residents by completing tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping in their apartment home
- engage with residents to make their day brighter
- keep shared community spaces clean by removing trash, vacuuming, disinfecting
- help stock housekeeping supplies in resident apartments
