Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Ability to work Sunday to Thursday 1 PM to 9 PM shift
- Must train on first shift one week before transitioning to second shift
- Physical capability to perform cleaning duties
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3-5 years of housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication skills to report maintenance issues
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for prolonged periods
Job Duties
- Cleans resident apartment homes including dusting vacuuming sweeping scrubbing mopping waxing disinfecting washing windows
- Empties trash waste and other disposable materials and transports to disposal area
- Assists care staff with cleaning lobby restrooms hallways elevators stairwells and common spaces
- Reports needed repairs to Executive Director and maintenance specialist
