Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Willing to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to follow established guidelines and procedures
  • Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
  • Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to convey information clearly
  • Must arrive and clock in on time for each shift
  • Able to perform physical tasks including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, and lifting
  • Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
  • Clock in and out for breaks as scheduled

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
  • Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
  • Clear communication abilities
  • A strong desire to serve all guests
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work well under stress and high-pressure situations

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
  • Work collaboratively to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
  • Support events and groups at the hotel
  • Use relevant technology effectively
  • Answer incoming calls with friendly service using approved greetings
  • Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
  • Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
  • Greet guests cheerfully while cleaning
  • Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and attending meetings
  • Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
  • Perform additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public spaces, and guest laundry
  • Maintain accurate completion of operational checklists
  • Submit timely and accurate shift handover reports
  • Wear clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed per company standards
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude by stretching beyond traditional roles
  • Collaborate to create a welcoming guest environment
