Job Duties
- Clean vacant apartments after move-outs to ensure units are in move-in condition
- Notify maintenance team of any maintenance issues requiring attention
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Perform daily cleaning duties including disinfecting, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning windows, and picking up trash in property and common areas
- Ensure work areas are neat and orderly after painting or work order completion
- Order supplies as directed
- Assist office staff with posting notices on resident doors
- Communicate with supervisor regarding work status and issues
- Prepare complimentary services such as snacks and drinks
- Examine buildings and grounds to maintain safety and cleanliness
- Follow safety regulations for cleaning solutions and chemicals
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Provide excellent customer service to prospects and tenants
- Participate in company-provided training
- Comply with Mission Rock Residential standards and all health and safety regulations
- Maintain onsite attendance as required
