Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand throughout the shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily activities
- Ability to lift 25-35 pounds intermittently during the workday
Job Qualifications
- Completion of 2 years of high school or equivalent
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies is beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25-35 pounds occasionally during shifts
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team members
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude to ensure exceptional guest experience
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a tight-knit, supportive work environment
