Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all common areas of the apartment community including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, models, amenity spaces and recreational facilities
- Remove trash, debris, and litter from common areas and ensure proper disposal
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces
- Restock supplies in communal areas, such as restrooms and laundry rooms
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the community grounds, including lawns, gardens, walkways, amenity spaces and recreational areas
- Clean dumpster enclosures, ensuring all trash is in the container and ready for pick up
- Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure the community grounds meet established standards
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while performing job duties
