Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping
- Knowledge of cleaning standards and protocols
- Ability to follow directions and regulations
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

- Experience in housekeeping or environmental services preferred
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local safety standards is an advantage
Job Duties
- Perform the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards
- Follow guidelines and regulations to assure facility is maintained clean, safe, and comfortable
- Work under the supervision of the Administrator, Housekeeping Supervisor, and/or Director of Environmental Services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Support team efforts to uphold facility standards
