Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field
- Ability to operate housekeeping equipment and tools
- Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and cleaning supplies
- Ability to read and understand label instructions
- Capable of performing physically demanding tasks
- Reliable, attentive, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field preferred
- Skills in operating housekeeping equipment and tools
- Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and pertinent cleaning supplies
- Ability to read and understand labels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide routine and special cleaning services throughout the community
- Demonstrate PRS core values of excellence, innovation, integrity, stewardship, compassion, and collaboration in the role
- Actively participate in departmental training programs to improve skills
- Approach all encounters with residents, guests, and co-workers in a gracious, attentive, and courteous manner
- Clean assigned areas thoroughly
- Provide routine housekeeping services for guests and residents
- Perform special housekeeping duties including deep cleaning of resident apartments
- Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and act calmly in emergencies
- Perform other duties as assigned
