Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for both the community as a whole and individual resident apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed, check heat system filters, change bed linens, and empty waste baskets in resident apartments
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments and common areas, focusing on carpets, plants, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens by washing and drying in the laundry facilities provided
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests at each table to serve beverages, cereals, and soups or salads
- Review menus, take orders, serve meals and desserts, and assist with tray delivery and cart storage
- Bus and clear tables after meals and reset tables following proper sanitizing procedures
- Complete side work including replenishing supplies and cleaning equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
