- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to work full-time hours
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- reliable and punctual
- basic reading writing and math skills

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and individual resident apartments
- vacuum, dust, and clean main entryway, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and apartments
- clean and defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change bed linens, empty waste baskets, and maintain linen supplies
- perform deep cleaning focusing on carpets, plants, windows, and light fixtures
- launder linens using laundry facilities
- follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- greet residents and guests, serve beverages and meals from cart
- review menu, take orders, serve meals and desserts
- return cart to kitchen and assist with storage
- clear dishes and reset tables following sanitizing procedures
- complete side work including replenishing supplies and cleaning coffeemaker
- perform other duties as assigned
