Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping experience in senior living skilled nursing or hospitality settings a plus
- ability to work independently or as part of a team
- strong attention to detail
- capable of handling physical demands including lifting up to 40 lbs bending and standing for long periods
- follows safety and infection control protocols consistently

Job Duties
- perform daily cleaning tasks in resident apartments common areas and care units per established schedules
- dust sweep mop vacuum and sanitize surfaces including floors windows fixtures and bathrooms
- empty trash restock supplies and maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas
- deep clean resident rooms monthly and upon move-out or transfers
- assist residents with maintaining their living spaces as needed
- follow infection control procedures universal precautions and proper use of PPE
- report maintenance issues safety hazards or supply needs to the Environmental Services Director
- participate in fire disaster drills and departmental meetings
- ensure work areas are left clean and organized at the end of each shift
