Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping experience in senior living skilled nursing or hospitality settings a plus
  • ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • strong attention to detail
  • capable of handling physical demands including lifting up to 40 lbs bending and standing for long periods
  • follows safety and infection control protocols consistently

Job Duties

  • perform daily cleaning tasks in resident apartments common areas and care units per established schedules
  • dust sweep mop vacuum and sanitize surfaces including floors windows fixtures and bathrooms
  • empty trash restock supplies and maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas
  • deep clean resident rooms monthly and upon move-out or transfers
  • assist residents with maintaining their living spaces as needed
  • follow infection control procedures universal precautions and proper use of PPE
  • report maintenance issues safety hazards or supply needs to the Environmental Services Director
  • participate in fire disaster drills and departmental meetings
  • ensure work areas are left clean and organized at the end of each shift
