Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- Lift, carry, push, or pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is advantageous but not required
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
- Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- Fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies and chemicals, transport the cart/caddy to rooms, and return the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift
- Follow all company policies and procedures, reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, or accidents
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures
