Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is advantageous but not required
  • Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and standards
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
  • Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
  • Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
  • Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
  • Fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies and chemicals, transport the cart/caddy to rooms, and return the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, or accidents
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • Contribute to team goals
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures
