Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cleaning experience helpful but not required
- Ability to walk and stand during entire shifts
- Capability to push, vacuum, reach, bend, and occasionally lift 25-35 pounds
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Must have a positive attitude and dedication to customer service
- Availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays

Job Duties
- Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude
- Maintain a clean and happy environment for guests and teammates
- Help in laundry and cleaning public spaces when needed
- Respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
