Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one to two years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- apartment industry experience preferred
- knowledge of dusting, vacuuming, and general cleanliness
- detail oriented, reliable, and able to manage time well

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain both interior and exterior spaces including work areas, lobbies, lounges, pool area and chairs
- empty and clean trash and garbage containers, transport trash and waste to disposal area
- keep housekeeping materials and supplies organized, request reorder as needed
- maintain proper inventory of cleaning products and materials on janitorial carts
- sweep, mop, scrub tile and flooring as needed
- vacuum all carpeted areas as needed
- adaptable to work in indoor and outdoor environments, outdoor temperatures will vary
- assignments may include physical activity including heavy lifting and climbing ladders
