- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience an asset

Job Duties
- clean resident apartments thoroughly including floors furniture kitchens bathrooms and trash removal following service plans
- provide comprehensive linen service including washing drying and folding linens towels and personal items
- maintain cleanliness and order in common areas such as floors furniture kitchens bathrooms and elevators
- inspect resident refrigerators for expired food
- build positive relationships with residents their families and team members
