Job Requirements
- Completion of two years of high school education or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Capability to walk and stand for entire work shifts
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily activities
- Capacity to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during shifts
- Prior housekeeping experience helpful but not required

Job Duties
- Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude
- Help maintain a clean and happy environment for guests and teammates
- May assist in laundry and public area cleaning when needed
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a positive attitude
