Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to pass an annual health screening
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending pushing carts lifting stooping stretching walking and working overhead
- Reliable with consistent schedule availability
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Must hold a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on campus

Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas according to established schedules and methods
- Dust horizontal surfaces and empty waste baskets removing trash as needed
- Clean and polish metal and porcelain fixtures in bathrooms
- Dry and wet mop non-carpeted floors spot clean walls and polish metal surfaces
- Replenish room supplies and make beds including performing checkout cleaning as assigned
- Vacuum carpets and assist with cleaning emergency spills as observed or requested
- Maintain assigned equipment ensuring cleanliness and arranging for repairs when necessary
- Report the need for repairs to equipment furniture buildings and fixtures
- Respond to fire or internal disaster situations as assigned
- Report any unusual or dangerous incidents or conditions that are observed
- Must be able to drive a golf cart to travel to the Villas on campus
- Must be available to work every other weekend and some holidays
