Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Experience in hospitality, service or consumer-facing franchise preferred
  • Ability to work stressed and high-pressure situations
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to follow guidelines and procedures
  • Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be punctual and adhere to clock-in/out policies
  • Must be able to perform physical working demands including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
  • Must provide sufficient notice for call outs as directed by supervisor

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
  • Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills
  • Desire to serve all guests with hospitality
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to perform essential physical requirements of the role such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
  • Contribute to guest satisfaction scores by working collaboratively with all team members
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features, amenities, and relevant technology
  • Answer incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
  • Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending morning meetings
  • Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
  • Perform additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public spaces, guest laundry, and deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Maintain sparkling clean workspaces and pitch in to assist in public space cleanliness
  • Wear a clean approved uniform, be well-groomed, wear a nametag and smile at all times
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to go beyond traditional roles
  • Collaborate with team members at all levels to create a welcoming environment for guests and a positive workplace
