Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in hospitality or related customer service field preferred
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and hotel procedures
- Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced work environments
- Strong listening skills and effective conflict resolution abilities
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work varied schedules including weekends, holidays, and nights
- Punctuality in clocking in and out for shifts and breaks
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
- Ability to perform assigned duties satisfactorily and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use the guests’ names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
- Support all groups and events taking place at the hotel
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- Keep all areas front and back of the house clean and well-organized
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Always greet every guest happily with a smile while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and at designated times
- Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear a clean approved uniform and nametag, and remain well-groomed and smiling
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude willing to stretch beyond traditional roles
- Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and attending morning meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- Execute additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public spaces, and guest laundry
- Maintain well-organized and clean front and back of house areas
