Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- must be physically able to walk, stand, push, vacuum, reach, stretch, bend and occasionally lift 25 to 35 pounds
- willingness to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- ability to provide friendly and courteous service
- commitment to maintaining a positive work environment

Job Duties
- maintain an environment that is clean and positive for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to set standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly and courteous service with a service plus one attitude
- help maintain a positive work environment for all team members and guests
