Job Requirements

Minimum one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry heavy items
able to stand for extended periods of time
may be required to move furniture
flexibility to work full-time or part-time
reliable and punctual
commitment to following safety protocols

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
one year of relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
ability to perform physical tasks required for the job
basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
strong attention to detail
good communication skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas daily
vacuum, dust, and mop floors throughout the community
maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and kitchen areas
follow all safety and sanitation procedures
report maintenance issues promptly
assist with moving furniture as needed to facilitate cleaning
support team members in maintaining community standards
