Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekend days
- Ability to bend, twist, pull, stoop, and perform physical activities including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
- Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance
- Must pass background and drug screening contingent on company policy
- Commitment to adhere to company safety and operational procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
Job Duties
- Cleans entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- Completes assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
- Replaces guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items following company standards
- Reports room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- Fills and transports the housekeeping cart/caddy with necessary supplies and returns it to designated areas
- Follows all company policies and procedures including reporting maintenance problems and safety hazards
- Welcomes and greets guests, anticipates and addresses their needs
