Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for long periods
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to follow sanitation and safety protocols
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community areas and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning entryways and common spaces
- Clean and maintain resident apartments including defrosting refrigerators, cleaning heating system filters, changing bed linens, turning mattresses with assistance, and emptying waste baskets
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments and community spaces paying special attention to entry areas, carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens by washing and drying in provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures strictly
- Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, cereals, soups, salads, meals, and desserts from the cart
- Take resident meal orders clearly and courteously, assist with storage of perishable items and meal delivery to resident rooms as needed
- Bus and clear dishes after meals, reset tables following proper sanitizing procedures, and complete side work such as replenishing sugar holders and cleaning coffeemakers
- Perform other duties as assigned
