Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age or older
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial, residential, or healthcare setting required
- ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- must live within 30 miles of the community
- background check clearance
- ability to perform essential functions of the job
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a commercial, residential, or healthcare housekeeping setting
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- prior experience in long-term care or hospital environments is a plus
- strong attention to detail and reliability
- good physical stamina and ability to perform manual cleaning tasks
Job Duties
- perform daily housekeeping tasks under the direction of the environmental services director
- follow established housekeeping standards, policies, procedures, and schedules
- complete cleaning assignments including general cleaning, common areas, resident rooms
- maintain cleanliness and safety to protect residents and staff
- report maintenance issues or safety hazards
- manage cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly
