Job Duties
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing common and private areas
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in residents' apartments and communal spaces
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during housekeeping rounds
- Assist in organizing cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability and proper usage
- Collaborate with property staff to uphold the community’s standards and policies
- Respond promptly to residents' housekeeping requests and inquiries
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control standards
