Job Requirements
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- One to three years of experience in housekeeping
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus
- Organizational skills and attention to details
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willing and able to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Clean resort office, clubhouse, public access areas, and models including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests
- Maintain cleanliness and standards in rentals and common areas
- Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and request refills
- Report maintenance concerns to Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor
- Assist maintenance staff and other staff members as needed
- Assist with cleaning up resort guest activities and functions
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly
- Solve guest-related problems and address conflicts positively
- Drive motorized vehicle to run errands or pick up supplies as needed
- Maintain open communication with management and staff
- Provide outstanding customer service
