Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED is required
2+ years of related housekeeping experience and/or training
Excellent customer service skills
Strong knowledge and skill in the safe use of various cleaning chemicals including some that may require pre-mixing
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs for trash removal and cleaning equipment purposes
Able to kneel, crouch, climb and crawl to assist with repairs
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including weekends
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment at times
Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation

Job Duties

Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common areas including restrooms, the models, amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed by the appropriate supervisor
Ensure all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Maintenance Manager, Community Director and/or Assistant Manager
Inform appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others
Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and inform the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary
