Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings including drug test, physical and TB test
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- one year experience in an institutional group setting preferred
- experience working with developmentally disabled individuals preferred
- experience in a school setting preferred
Job Duties
- Sweep, mop, clean, and disinfect all staff areas, offices and bathrooms on a daily basis
- dust and clean all A/C vents on a daily basis
- clean all windows and windowsills
- note any safety issues which will require immediate notification of Program Coordinator or School Office
- keep all housekeeping supplies and chemicals in direct line of sight of staff
- participate in monthly Environment of Care inspections
- ensure compliance with Joint Commission Standards of care
