ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
reliable attendance and punctuality
ability to work independently and as part of a team
willingness to learn and follow safety protocols

Job Duties

Clean resident apartments daily
maintain cleanliness of common areas and assigned spaces
use microfiber mops, small wringers, dusters, and household vacuum cleaners
handle cleaning tools, products, and supplies effectively
ensure a safe and hygienic environment for residents
follow on-the-job training procedures
support community standards and team efforts
