- Experience in a hospitality service consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- ability to work well in stressful high-pressure situations

- must be 18 years of age or older
- willingness to work varied schedule including evenings nights weekends and holidays
- punctuality in clocking in and out for shifts and breaks
- provide sufficient notice for call outs

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- use the guests’ names whenever possible ensuring they feel properly welcomed
- work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- maintain strong knowledge of all hotel facility features and amenities
- support all groups and events at the hotel
- understand relevant technology for the role
- answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- keep all workspaces sparkling clean and well-organized
- pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- greet guests by name if possible while cleaning
- complete all operational checklists accurately and at designated times every shift
- prepare accurate and timely shift handover reports
- wear a clean approved uniform and be well-groomed while smiling and wearing a nametag
- communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- be willing to stretch beyond traditional role to meet business and guest needs
- collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming guest environment and positive workplace
- complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and tools, attending morning meetings, and assisting with laundry
- thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms each shift
- perform additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public spaces, guest laundry, and deep-clean guest rooms as assigned
