Job Requirements
- minimum eleventh grade education
- willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
- ability to handle physical demands of housekeeping tasks
- previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- availability for part-time 8 a m to 4 p m shifts
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and infection control
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- eleventh grade education or equivalent
- prior housekeeping experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- knowledge of infection control practices
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- clean and sanitize resident rooms common areas and facility equipment
- operate housekeeping related tools chemicals and equipment safely
- maintain adherence to infection control standards
- ensure the environment is safe and welcoming for residents and staff
- report maintenance or safety issues to management
- assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies
- follow policies and procedures related to housekeeping duties
